Agile’s proprietary printing processes were developed by our expert team to meet the most rigorous quality standards and specifications required for rocket engines to withstand combustion and mission duration. Agile’s in-house printers and additive manufacturing expertise enable the highest quality printed parts to be delivered in days. All of the Agile’s thruster designs utilize additive technology. Printed propulsion structures include: chambers, reactors, injectors, nozzles, single piece assemblies, and thin wall pressure vessels.

Agile’s manufacturing is US Based to ensure supply chain security, robust and proactive delivery schedules, and adherence to compliance standards for civil, commercial, and defense contracts.

  • Our highly reliable process is achieved through melt pool & topography monitoring, layer-by-layer photo capture, and monitoring to deliver products that are reliable with repeatable outcomes.

  • We have built a streamlined manufacturing system including advanced post processing, inspection equipment, and metallurgical testing equipment.
